notMYkid Women’s Auxiliary Board

MISSION

The mission of the notMYkid Women’s Auxiliary Board is to support and promote the programs of notMYkid by building a strong and active membership, by stimulating public awareness and by supporting notMYkid financially through special events and fundraisers.  Auxiliary Board members serve as community advocates and foster the notMYkid mission of empowering youth to reach their full potential by inspiring positive life choices.

The Women’s Auxiliary Board

Founded in 2004, the first notMYkid Women’s Auxiliary Board drew compassionate women together from the community who were committed to educating families about the challenges teens face and sustaining the organization through fundraising. Since its founding, the Auxiliary has raised over 1.3 million dollars allowing notMYkid to enhance and grow programs.

Members of the Auxiliary make our community a better place by putting in countless volunteer hours each year planning and implementing special events.  They also volunteer directly at notMYkid, spend time spreading the word about our prevention programs and provide volunteer support for the annual gala.
