  • Increased picky eating, especially eating only” healthy” foods
  • Going to the bathroom after meals
  • Large amounts of missing foods  
  • Fasting and skipping meals regularly
  • Refusing to eating with family or friends
  • Two skipped periods in conjunction with weight loss
  • Any purging episodes
  • Discovery of diet pills or laxatives
  • Excessive exercise
  • Extreme calorie counting or portion control
  • Excessive food consumption
  • High sugar consumption
  • Excessive consumption of nutritionally unbalanced meals
  • A history of falling outside of recommended BMI score at annual physicals
