Melissa brings extensive experience in business and financial strategy to the notMYkid Board of Directors. Before her current role at Grey Street Capital, she ran Longevity Partners for 15 years, affiliating with Northwestern Mutual. Melissa and her team worked across the US, with a high concentration of clients in Arizona. She worked almost exclusively with successful business owners and executives and HNW Families who were focused on accumulating and passing wealth generationally and with a key emphasis on risk management, tax efficiency, and stewardship.

A graduate of UC Santa Barbara with honors, Melissa has deep roots in Phoenix, where she was born and raised. Outside work, she stays busy with her three children—Abby, Evan, and Elliot—and enjoys playing pickleball, exploring the outdoors, and visiting her favorite local restaurants.

Melissa is an active leader in her community. She serves on the Advisory Board for AZVC, a $100M+ venture capital fund focused on supporting Arizona’s tech entrepreneurs. She has held board roles with Teach For America, the Gift of Adoption Fund, and First Place. Melissa is excited to bring her expertise and passion for youth empowerment to notMYkid, supporting its mission to inspire and strengthen families.
