Kristen Genovese is the Chief Executive Officer of Cancer Support Community Arizona (CSCAZ), where she leads a statewide organization dedicated to providing no-cost support, education, and community for people impacted by cancer.

Her nonprofit career spans nearly 30 years, with experience in organizational leadership, fundraising, strategic partnerships, board engagement, and program growth. Kristen's tenure with notMYkid lasted more than a decade. After joining the organization in 2015, she served in executive leadership before becoming CEO in 2019, leading a period of significant growth in funding, programs, and statewide reach. In October 2025, she transitioned from her role as CEO to continue serving notMYkid as a member of its Board of Directors.

Throughout her career, Kristen has focused on building strong organizations, cultivating partnerships, and expanding access to services that strengthen individuals, families, and communities. She believes connection, trust, and shared purpose are the foundation of lasting impact and remains committed to helping mission-driven organizations thrive.
