Cailin is a Program Specialist at notMYkid, where she helps educate and support teens as they navigate challenges related to mental health and personal growth. She is currently in her senior year at Arizona State University, completing her degree while gaining hands-on experience in youth advocacy and prevention education. Originally from Rhode Island, Cailin brings a strong work ethic shaped by years in the service industry and a natural ability to connect with others through empathy and understanding.

Cailin was drawn to notMYkid after learning about the organization’s mission and immediately felt aligned with its values and team culture. She is passionate about being a source of guidance and reassurance for teens, helping them recognize that they are not alone and that things can and will get better.

Having faced her own mental health struggles in high school, Cailin finds fulfillment in providing teens with the tools, knowledge, and encouragement she wishes she had at their age.
