Fridda is an insightful Prevention Specialist at notMYkid, where she empowers youth through education, knowledge, and integrity. She is passionate about helping young people navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths during one of the most formative stages of their lives.

Fridda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Forensic Science from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her academic background and dedication to youth development allow her to bring empathy, insight, and professionalism to every interaction.

She finds great fulfillment in working with teens as they explore their values, passions, and identities, offering guidance and encouragement along the way. Fridda believes that helping teens understand themselves and make informed choices can shape a healthier, more confident future.

If she could tell her teenage self one thing, it would be that it’s okay not to have everything figured out right away, growth and clarity come with time, patience, and experience.
