Matthew is a Volunteer Coordinator at notMYkid, where he connects passionate individuals with meaningful opportunities to support youth and families. A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Political Science, Matthew began his career in government relations before transitioning into nonprofit program management. His experience includes serving as a District Executive with Scouting America and as a Volunteer and Program Coordinator for a local food bank in Michigan.

Through these experiences, Matthew developed a deep appreciation for the dedication and impact of volunteers, recognizing that organizations like notMYkid thrive because of their commitment and teamwork.

He joined notMYkid to help ensure today’s youth receive the one-on-one support and guidance they need to succeed. One of his favorite memories was during his first week on the job, when 68 volunteers from Valley of the Sun United Way came together to pack snack bags for kids, a true testament to community spirit.

Matthew loves working with teens and witnessing their growth, transformation, and renewed hope for the future.
