Wendy is the detail-driven Grants & Contracts Administrator at notMYkid, where she ensures the organization’s programs are supported through effective funding, compliance, and strategic partnerships. With a BA in Psychology and a strong background in grant management, she plays a key role in sustaining notMYkid’s mission to empower youth and families.

Since joining notMYkid in 2021, Wendy has seen firsthand how the organization’s programs foster resilience and connection. Whether helping justice-involved youth find hope and direction or strengthening bonds between parents and children, Wendy is passionate about creating lasting, positive change.

Wendy loves working with teens because of the pivotal stage they’re in, full of potential, creativity, and resilience. She finds it incredibly rewarding to guide them through tough situations, helping them discover their strengths, and watching them grow into confident individuals. Teens have a unique way of surprising her with their insights, and she considers being part of their journey both inspiring and humbling.
